    If I’m not mistaken, Cutts said that nofollow links are not passed any *PageRank*, but never said they were ignored altogether.

    Hi JM
    He actually implied that when encouraged pagerank sculpting in the past. That means that a link is not being treated as one (it is just a text). Few months ago he admitted that Google changed its approach at the end of 2008.
